Client Responsibilities

Clients are liable for providing SG Backdrop with correct and full information to guarantee the project’s success.

Right to Terminate

SG Backdrop retains the right to cancel any project at its discretion if we consider the client is not operating in good faith or is in violation of our terms of service.

Payment of Fees

Clients are liable for any payments related with the services supplied by SG Backdrop, as specified in the project contract.

Confidentiality

SG Backdrop places a high focus on confidentiality. All customer information will be kept secret in accordance with our confidentiality agreement.

Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in writing, ALL project deliverables are the property of SG Backdrop.
